I want to clarify something, and see where we stand. If i hear you right, policy must change, although many of the things from that video, inlcuding troop deployment, use of troops and nation building are part of miltary tactics, it is the policy that put them in a battle or conflict... To use Bush's own words, Stratergery. Strategic miltary decsions, are not different since 9/11. you still pint the gun and shoot your enemy, to dumb it down, just like you still deploy your forces around the world to protect your interests. No one terorist attack changed that... And war is not foreign policy, it is a failure of, Iraq wasn't a response to 911, it was clearly the actions of a country that didn't know how to use diplomacy to settle a dispute. If we go by your rationale for Iraq, you must be on the side of Russia invading Georgia! no?
I'm sorry did I miss the part of Russia doing exactly as all the liberals wanted and going to the Oh-so-Holy UN for a solid fourteen months prior to attacking Georgia? Did Putin give the Georgians a solid seventeen months to comply with international law before striking? Did the Oh-so-Holy UN state unequivacly that either Georgia comply or face military response?
You don't understand where I'm coming from because you view the whole deal differently that I do. I can see a clear and present danger of the Middle East remaining a hotbed for terrorism due to the unfettered indoctrinating of young men's minds towards jihad. In every singular country in the world where Democracy really thrives there is no such indoctrination as this, (exceopt of course in certain mosques around Lond, and various other places inside the UK and Europe where far left liberals defend these kinds of things!)
Say what you will, but the facts on the ground inside Iraq are pointing towards a much happier, and thriving country these days. Should all go as it appears to be heading now then history will prove, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that for all the mistakes that were made Bush was right in the end.
The thought of that happening kills liberals the world over.

You're wrong, terrorism by muslim standard or by obvious standards? Explain the IRA, a terro group that operated in a democracy... and tha't sjust an obvious one... or is terror only when it is a muslim.
