Not sure if this goes here or not but had to share it. Our dearest Gazza was quoted in the Sun. He was a bit disappointed it wasn't about a sex scandal....

Thousands of pricey tickets unsold for gig
By ANDY CRICK
SKY-high prices have left thousands of tickets unsold for tonight’s huge Rolling Stones concert.
The showpiece gig at the O2 arena is meant to kick off the UK leg of a world tour marking the Stones’ 50th year.
But after touts demanded as much as £3,000 fans boycotted it in droves, leaving Mick Jagger and Co with the prospect of playing to a far from sell-out crowd.
Tickets for tonight and a gig on Thursday at the 20,000-capacity venue in Greenwich, South-East London, went on on sale last month for £190 to £400.
Despite being the most expensive for a UK rock gig they sold out within seven minutes. But many were snapped up by secondary ticket agencies like Getmein, Via GoGo, Seatwave and Double8 Tickets which then tried to re-sell them for up to eight times their face value.
The agencies found it hard to get rid of them and by yesterday tickets were being offered for between £229 and £1,500.
More than 100 sets were up for auction on eBay — but some had no reserve price and were up for grabs for just 1p.
Fans blasted high prices on websites, with one named Gazza saying on It’s Only Rock’nRoll: “The mistake the touts made was in buying up tickets which were already overpriced.”Earlier this month Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood defended the prices saying: “We’ve spent a million on rehearsing and the stage is going to be another few million — and the lights. We’ve got to make something.”
