These are the ones that jump out at me the most, in no particular order...a three or four DVD set of the Stripped concerts in London, Paris and Amsterdam...the 1999 San Jose No Security U.S. tour finale, originally scheduled to be shown on Showtime but withdrawn...Shepherd's Bush '99 with some excellent rarities...the Licks tour theater shows...it's early in the morning for me and I can't remember all of them but these make my head spin!
Oh good holy fuck. I was at that one - dont remember noticing much in the way of cameras at it at the time, but coincidentally enough I was burning a copy of the audience dvd about 3 days ago, watched a bit of it, noticed a cameraman filming onstage and wondered 'why would he be doing that when this was a theatre show'?
We already know there's pro shots in circulation of the theatre shows in Munich '03 plus (in much more limited circulation) Brixton '95. so it'd be great to see more extensive releases of stuff like that.
Still think pre-1981 DVD's are going to be very thin on the ground though, which is a pity as they'd be good sellers. The Stones didnt really do much TV after 1969 and there was otherwise no real need to film their shows throughout the 70's unless it was for a potential broadcast or movie.
