Gov. Palin To Campaign In Maine
GOP Vice Presidential Nominee In Bangor On Thursday

BANGOR, Maine -- Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will be campaigning in Maine on Thursday.

The Alaska governor will be at the Bangor International Airport's maintenance hangar for a rally beginning at 9 a.m.

Doors to the event open at 8 a.m., and tickets are required.

Tickets can be picked up at the Republican campaign offices in Bangor, Lewiston, Machias and Portland.

Volunteers with the McCain-Palin campaign said it is pretty easy to get the tickets. People can pick up four tickets at a time.

This is Palin's first campaign event in Maine since being announced as Sen. John McCain's running mate.
