1. IMO, Anita was the most beautiful Stones woman in the 1960s. She's so mysterious, cool and evil. I can see how she could slander any man or woman.

2. My favorite is Marianne because I met her twice, and she's so DAMN COOL and KIND. Has a Fallen Angel quality. I undestand why Mick loved her the most.

3. Why would Keith date Uschi recently? I need more information.

Mick & Marianne and Keith & Anita were such a strong team back in the times. Such a nostalgic feel in those late sixties photos.
When I heard Marianne singing "Something Better" live again a few months ago, I couldn't help but wonder how on earth she deals with it. I know people move on (or at least they're supposed to) but all these strong memories must be overwhelming. To have youth, friends, love, fame.

Well, I can only say that your taste and need for things changes with age. Perhaps Mick as a young man loved Marianne because she was an "English Rose"-type girl that was beautiful and sweet, but also extremely well educated, and from a higher class strata than his (his hobbyhorse being social mountaineering!).She possibly inspired his lyrics while making his soul soar and his cock rise. Now that he's an old git, perhaps it all boils down to which arm candy will a) look good beside him when he's wearing stilts, while b) not being too demanding.
