There will be mainly stadium shows, with outdoor amphi theatre and festival shows included in the tour. The Rolling Stones will do shows both on the West Coast and the East Coast. Prepare for a great Stones summer in North America!

They're not playing Rock in Rio. The headliners for those festival weekends were confirmed a few weeks ago.

I see bv has listed Red Rocks in Colorado as a rumoured venue (its the first specific location he's listed on that tour dates page to date)

That would be an utterly amazing venue for a Stones gig and one that they're long overdue in playing.

I've just contacted Jaxx to tell her. I think when she hears that she might spontaneously combust.

And the Battle for gross has started:

With the European tour dates now completely sold out, an eighth and final show at Madison Square Garden has been confirmed for July 31st.

This will be the last North American concert on U2's iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE Tour before it moves to Turin, Italy on September 4th and 5th.

Tickets for this show will go on sale next Friday, March 13th, at 10am local time.

They're not playing Rock in Rio. The headliners for those festival weekends were confirmed a few weeks ago.

Bonnaroo's line-up has been out for a while, too. Just didn't know if a "late add" was a possibility, but that usually doesn't happen.
