It really isnt a problem to do so.. 'Live' recordings of unreleased songs played by bands get uploaded or circulated all the time. Theres no difference in them uploading a performance of One More Shot than there is of Doom & Gloom, Satisfaction or anything else. If they were uploading the RELEASED version then THAT's a different matter.

Neil Young has been playing songs on his tour from his upcoming album and theyre all over the internet and have even been webcast.
