I understand all you write , but the buzz on the man is about his playing , and his appearance is really a gift for us . I hope that we can hear his playing soon , no doubt that it will be cool to see him perform with his old friends and if Mick Taylor joins them on an hot Gimme Shelter or Sway , it will be Fantastic !!!

Thanks for the update on the rehearsals, looks like they still have a week to go...

Too bad about that Steve Miller concert not being full, it would probably help if he put out some new "mainstream" material at some point. I'm going to have to keep a closer eye on the schedule of concerts for November, that Trabendo concert whetted my appetite !
