Not at all. Site one article written over the past 20 years, one review, one major publication citing anything about the hole Bill left in their sound. Not one review of an album starting with Voodoo Lounge right up to the present has stated, "Bill Wyman's bass is missing on this record."
Maybe I'm wrong, but I have yet to see it. Please prove me wrong. I've love to see it outside of fan boards.
I see what you mean Steel Wheels, just sticking my 2 pennence worth in here that although a massive Wyman fan, it was through seeing the Rhythm Kings by chance a few years ago that I got into Wyman's music and eventually the Stones, I've noticed that when mentioning the Stones potential future gigs and the exciting propsect of Wyman joining there seems to be a general attidue of 'so what.. all he did was stand there', partly perhaps because not many other 20 years old have probably heard of him but I think generally the importance of Wyman's appearance is lost on the casual public

I hope the speculation proves to be true, personally would love to see him up there more so than Taylor
