GImmekeef that would be awesome ~ she really needs a wheelchair of her own. Her plan is 'borrowing' the wheelchair from the airport that they use it to help her get around, and put that in the cab to take it home with her. I told her that plan is shaky. She said they wont notice but they must have these chairs numbered. I really dont know if she can pull that off. Seriously concerned.

Mary just called me very upset. It seems one of the nurses WASHED her phone this morning. She was able to use a landline to call me and I did give her all her flight info, but she didn't need that at this time.

If she's out of touch for a couple of days you'll know why.

If you need to reach her, PM me for her Mom's home phone in New Jersey.

The flight home was very difficult for Mary. So much so that she needed to be taken to her Mom's in an ambulance. Difficulties only increased so yesterday (Friday) Mary was taken to the Hospital for further assessment. Her Mom is not physically capable of caring for her as it involves too much physical work. Betty/Mary's Doctor felt that a few days in the Hospital to regroup and get a new plan together was in order. That's where we are. Mary has no phone with her so texts and calls will not be received.

OG I was afraid her mother wouldnt be able to handle it. What hospital? Im back in NJ so I guess I might try to go see her here now. I hope they do the surgery soon. I feel so bad for her. Shes been through so much. She had to get out of where she was in FL so wherever she is now in NJ its one step closer to finishing up.

News is not good out of Jersey.

Mary is now in the ICU at Bayonne Hospital with a very high fever.

I spoke to Betty very briefly; she didn't want to stay on the phone in case the Doctors were trying to call. Poor thing was so upset. She said she'd call me this afternoon after she visits the Hospital.

At least our Mary is home and her Mother is visiting daily.

She's being transferred to a Hospital in Newark.
Betty said "University Hospital". Didn't get many details.
I'm sure it's somewhere better equipped to address Mary's complex
condition.

The Roller Coaster ride she never wanted to take continues.

Sitting at my computer, so far away here in Holland, it is the only way for me to find out how Mary is doing.
I will certainly keep sending my prayers and good thoughts.
