I'm all over this one!!

...

The Rolling Stones played as Blue Mondays in Sept 1981 in Massachusetts. The gig was meant to be a secret warm up event, but 5000 fans found out and turned up, but couldn't get in.

AKA brings you T-shirts featuring the band names used undercover by bands when they want to play secret gigs, play incognito, or names they used before they became famous... the names they never wanted you to know!

Brought to you by Worn By, Original Icon Clothing. Music T-shirts and Rock n Roll vintage style garments. Blue Mondays. This vintage style t-shirt was handmade in Europe from the finest 120gsm cotton and individually crafted for a unique vintage feel. All Worn By garments are sweatshop free, ethically sourced and imported by sea in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint.

Im not kissin anyone's rear around here or any where. It's never been my style. I'll say this so they don't have to...

Gazza and Voodoo Chile will have the say in this one ....which is easy to ascertain... They maintain, administrate, and developed the board...spending much of their time on it behind the scenes.

How can we make the judgement call?

*I will also say that next time a poster should politely "ask" for permission to do this kind of thing before signing up and doing it without receiving any go ahead from the admins...

Ok. Now ...onto the shirts ... there's some pretty unique concepts there. Interesting.

Yeah well I still say fuck em. I REALLY hate people who use fan message boards to promote their own crap. Bring on a 100 Political threads rather than someone whoring themselves out for a buck. Fuck you Gazza, Will ya? Fuck you Gazza, Will ya? Interesting stuff Ronnie!

All would have been forgiven if you had the famous Pigpen t-shirt as worn by Carolyn "Mountain Girl" Garcia.

Its a Stones message board. If someone wants to register to help promote a business that has a Stones-related product that might interest some Stones fans, I've no problem with it. Your last sentence justifies it being here as does the fact that many people (myself included) clicked on the link.

What IS spam is some fuckwit from India registering and then posting a 1,000 word piece of vomit telling you how you can make 20 rupees a day if you sign up to some get rich quick scheme he's 'dreamed' up. We also get plenty of 'spam' registrations on a daily basis as well - which you can all see every few hours if you look and see who the newest member is. None of these usernames tend to even log in again or post anything so its basically harmless and every week or two I just get a cyber broom out and delete their registrations.

Hey, SCL.  It's not like this guy was not selling Aciaia Berry or reinackers or some trivial schmatta.  I look at this as it's a free society & if it fits the theme of the site, let it ride.  It's like not watching Ameican Idol, just change the channel if you do not like.  Possibly one thread for all such items then it is kept in one place, however, that only places more burden on admin.

Nice, really nice t-shirts, but I honestly cannot remember ever paying 38£ for a t-shirt, not even at a concert. Are you sure you have thought this through?

Ok then.... like I said it's your call. I just added it may be more polite to simply ask first next time is all... If it were my board, I would let them as well but would prefer they ask if advertising some unique Stones related products of their own for their own unique web-site is OK first is all. I was just noting that possible polite notion. I don't have a problem with it bc it IS unique and isn't someone working for Amazon or something. Like I said if you don't have a problem with it ...how can any of us?
