Pretty optimistic don't you think. Don't mean to be negative but I would not be surprised in the slightest if he's either dead, kicked out, or unavailable to play by 2010. He's out drinking with his new girlfriend and it wouldn't be crazy to guess that they're doing a little more than alcohol. That's on top of him being told a few years ago that he's in danger of getting emphysema or already having it and he still continues to smoke. I won't hold my breath. Still I have to say that it would be pretty pathetic if they tour without him. The only acceptable replacement is Mick Taylor and I doubt that will happen. Anyone else will just look and sound wrong.

According to the dude co-ordinating U2's "360" tour, their set up make the Stones look small and Ac/dc look like a pub band.
