If you are talking about having a picture avatar or a picture in your signature line, you do that by editing your profile. Click on profile up above and click through the pages until you see the page that has the "i have my own picture" section. Paste your Photobucket link in there. You can also paste a photobucket link to another picture in the section that says "signature".
