I've decided to get a Keef tattoo

I've been thinking about it for a while now and decided I really want one just because he is my hero in every sense of the word and I really admire his outlook on life and everything rock n' roll. I want it to take up my entire back. But I have some question for those who have experience in tattoos (this is my first one).

1. Should I get it in color or black and white? From what I've seen online, portraits usually look better in black and white.

2. How many hours and sessions do you think it will take to get this done?

3. Price?

Lastly, Help me pick out a picture please! I'm considering these:
