Did GHS have differant album cover?

I don't know how to post pics on here, but i went to this "All rock is evil" site (Just curious, sometimes their rightwing fundimentalism is quite ammusing and i'm even a Christian LOL) And i found an alternate cover of the Stones' GHS album. It was actaully a picture of a Goat's Head Soup. A severed goat's head in a red steaming bowl of soup. Was that the original cover and was ordered to change it?

However, there was an INSERT photo which did indeed feature the Goat's head in a soup.
