This guy was so photogenic, even when he wasn't looking his best. His face is so expressive you can almost read his mind. He appeared to wear his feelings right there for all to see. He would have made a fine actor, I think.

For anyone living in the Chicagoland area, there is a play out called Aftermath, which is about Brian Jones. The actors olaying The Stones actually sing and play Satisfaction, Lady Jane and a few other songs and they did a good job. The play even has a scene where George Harrison sits down and plays Norwegian Wood with Brian and the actor playing Brian plays Sitar on NW. They also play The Pipes of Pan soundtrack in the background in one of the scenes and talk about Brian going there to record this music. The play is told from BJ's point of view with the BJ character talking to the audience in between scenes explaining the events of his life. I saw this play last Spring and the theater group told us that they were bringing it back in November by popular demand. It sold out every night. Definitely worth the $20 I paid to see it. I thought they were amazing. The actor playing Brian did an excellent job and the actors playing Anita, George H. and Mick were very good too. If you are a Brian Jones fan and live in the area you should see it. Smiley

I want to post my condolences here as I know many of you were close to LInda.

We didn't always see eye to eye but reached a level of understanding and she would email me photos all the
time. She just DID!!!!!!!!!!!

Life is so fragile; may she rest in peace.

This is the Brian pic I always posted in her Birthday thread.

Linda was one of my first Brian friends on the internet---and we emailed a lot. She really was a sweet, sweet person. I know she had health issues, and I used to worry about her some...but this is such horrible, shocking news. Sad

I will miss her dreadfully. I scarcely know what to say. This is just too shocking. I can't even wrap my brain around it yet. Sad
