Having seen both the ABB and Dickie Betts several times in recent years, I REALLY hope they can someday patch it up and have Betts back.  The show's not wuite the same without the hope of a "Blue Sky", "In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed", or "Ramblin' Man" popping up.  Betts can still tear it up!

I like the Allman Brothers, but I think their live set is focused on their die-hards, i.e., its not for everybody.

I would love to have heard the Levon Helm set for certain!!!   Let's go get drunk Let's go get drunk Let's go get drunk

blue sky and rambling man are both killer tunes.  for some reason i thought the bros could still play thes songs without him.

does anyone know the line up of players in the band now?

i must add- what an awesome guest list.

'Liz Reed' is still a staple of the Allman's set.

No Dickey vocals (or anyone else) on that one...

Just got back. WOW! Buddy Guy is brilliant, taht Phish guy not so much. Excellent show. I'm not a huge ABB fan so I don't know all the songs that were played but it's safe to say I prefer the ones that get sung as opposed to the jams.
