Wow it was a really nice night seeing the show! No traffic in the city, I found a free parking space, we got the best table in the room, the show was jazzed, and best of all I got to talk with TIm and Bernard after the show and got a few pics! They are such fine musicians, I was honored to be remembered by them since we met 2 other times and they were happy to converse with the handful of fans who were hanging around. They were in good spirits because 2 shows were completely sold out! THE JAZZ STANDARD is a historic jazz club on the lower east side, and there were pictures on the wall of Louis Armstrong and Billy Holiday playing there in 1937 and 1939. It's 7 nights a week jazz with excellent food and great service. The restrooms are spotless which says alot about a place, am I right ladies and gents? Top notch all the way!
