He was missing a Native Indian or cowboy outfit, but the 65-year-old appeared to be spelling out Y.M.C.A. with his hands as he struck some humorous poses for photographers.
The Rolling Stone and his designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott were guests of PR guru Matthew Freud's Christmas bash at his central London home.
'It's fun to stay at the Y...' Sir Mick Jagger looked like he was giving a performance of Y.M.C.A. as he left Matthew Freud's Christmas party in London last night
After spending the night socialising with the likes of Bono, Guy Ritchie, David Frost, Ken Livingstone, Peter Mandelson, Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber and David Furnish, Jagger looked in high spirits as he left the bash.
Dressed in skinny black trousers, blue shirt and and jacket, Jagger entertained the awaiting paparazzi by pulling faces and throwing his hands in the air.
While Jagger made a flamboyant exit from the party, his girlfriend Scott looked demure in a little black dress, long coat and heels.

Earlier this year, the group ended their long partnership with EMI and signed a record deal with Vivendi Universal.
Guitarist Keith Richards said the group may head into the studio this year to record a new album.
He said: 'I think we might make another album. We love what we do, simple as that. We were the whipping hounds, you know, but that's calmed down. Now we're the wrinkled rockers, right?
'But I still have the energy. Honestly I'd do this job even
