It's ver easy, there are two ways

If the pictures is already in your website or in an authorized website or in photobuckt or similar places: Just copy the location of the picture from the http to the end of the address (.jpg pr .jpeg or .gif etc) and put the codes Code:
```
[img][/img] 
```
in between, for example, if the image is located at this address http://www.rocksoff.org/h8-bruceandmickbylynn1988.JPG the only thing you need to do is put that addres this that Code:
```
 [img]http://www.rocksoff.org/h8-bruceandmickbylynn1988.JPG[/img]  
```
If the image is in your hard drive you can add one picture per post using the "attach" function that appears below the message box WHEN YOU ARE REPLYING
