DEPP PAINTS A ROLLING STONE

JOHNNY Depp’s stock as an aspiring artist is hitting the roof in Hollywood.

In fact, A-listers are fighting each other to get their hands on a Depp original.

But the 43-year-old is discerning and picks his subjects carefully.

For example, he was chosen to do a portrait of Keith Richards, 63, instead of fellow Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, 61, who, of course, is another keen amateur painter.

Keef’s wife Patti, 52, said: “I have Johnny Depp’s painting of Keith hanging on my wall.”

And boast she should, because we’ve heard that Depp may be hanging up his brushes.

A source told us: “Johnny is an amazing artist but he’s quite mercurial. Recently he’s talked of giving up painting.”
