Didn't know this was out there!

Haven't read the fine print yet, but this sounds like it MAY be something decent from TM.

Creative feature from Ticketbastard.

If one is traveling, purchases a trip cancellation
policy to insure the trip purchased, and had to
cancel for one of the covered reason, the same insurance
would cover the concert ticket.  This type of insurance
has been available for over 20 years.  This is Ticketbastard
looking for another revenue stream, which is fine, however,
may be a duplicate coverage if one has travel insurance in force.

It should be understood that this insurance does not provide coverage
for travel related expenses in the event the artist cancels the concert.
There is insurance available for that reason.

I am a licensed travel insurance agent.

let me see....6 yankee bucks would just about buy a sixer of bud, or 3 40's

but in all seriousness, who really needs this insurance anyway?  the furthest i have traveled to see the stones is 13 hours and that was from new paltz, ny to ralliegh, nc. for a steel wheels concert.  had this show been canceled, no big deal, i just turn around and drive home.  at the time gas prices were like 99 cents a gallon so it was no big whoop.

i never understood people who travel half way around the world to see a 2 hour concert...guess they have money to burn or they are plain board.

Best evidence yet another Stones tour is on the way.  Insurance for Atlantic City will be triple that of other cities!

Just another way to squeeze a few bucks out of ya. All the years I've been forced to get tix from ticketbastard. Never had any problems getting them. One of the few good things I can say about them.
