If you look at footage, as well as listen to their musical output leading up to "Jumpin Jack Flash" you will see their entire musical, as well as physical persona building, and edging closer to 100% Stones as we now know them.

"Jumpin Jack Flash" is when that buildup came full circle in which the remaining final pieces fell right into place and it was all there.
