how freaking cool is You Got the Silver !

love the whole thing

Ronnie sliding, Keef in his cool coat.

How awesome when Keef dances around Ronnie while he is playing, you can see the awe in his eyes

and the pure joy at the end when a sheepish Keef tells the crowd ' Cool huh ...'

love this band

I saw it in Imax once and went berserk!

Watching it now on small screen.

I'll never understand how anyone could not go out of their mind insane over this...The Greatest. Nothing moves me like this. Never will.

I have set aside some time on Sunday night to watch this for the 1st time on DVD. I saw it on Imax & it was impressive but I'd rather see it in the smaller screen just to judge the performance.

Always. Never be another like him because he's been smart enough to keep a bit of distance. I'd watch it now but I have to work in the morning & then again tomorrow night.

how cool in the extras when Mick 'guides' Keef thru Connection vocal
and Im Free is just amazing - Keefs backups are sublime and Mick is dancing and shaking like its 1965

i saw this film the last day it was playing in nyc.  the imax screen was so freaking big it made the movie almost overwhelming to watch...i had to train my eyes for about 5 minutes before i could look at it full on.  the sound was pitch perfect.  i still have not bought the dvd yet...maybe santa will bring it to me for xmas.

Are you fucking serious?

I disagree. Keith was still the dominant player, even though he was repetitive. Ronnie's tone was too thin and he was barely audible for much of the show. He was on fire when he had a slide on his hand though.

Sure I was watching the DVD last night and Ronnie shines during the whole show

His highlights are She was hot and Connection (rough rhythm guitar), All down the line, Some Girls, Far away eyes and You got the silver...

Ouch!

RONNIE delivers the goods in ALL DOWN THE LINE, it's my favorite tune on the CD/DVD. I had to adjust my balances and settings to push up the volume on RONNIE because at first I couldnt hear him as well, now that I made the sound adjustments, RONNIE is crisp!
