i just checked it out some of the 254 seats were section 6 which is on the floor. wassup wid dat? are people going to pay 300 bucks to sit halfway back on the floor with people standing in front of them? there will be plenty of tix available. his last show there in 03 didnt even sell out. plus he just did four shows a year back in the city. there ain't that many rusties to sell out the place.

MSG apparently insists on a limited GA floor - Springsteen shows had a GA "pit", and then seats were set up behind it.

That's what they did for Neil, too.
The $254 tickets I was offered were on the floor.

Haven't checked other venues, but I'm hoping they'll be full floor GA.

Guess I'll find out next week when the Spectrum show goes on sale...

Not so much to be on the floor as to save a few bucks - and catch more than one show.

Hell, the United Palace shows last December weren't nearly that expensive - think I paid $75 - and that place has 1/10th the capacity of MSG.

Plus this leg'll be different.
2 openers = less Neil. Sad

Gotta get to the Spectrum one more time before they tear that 'ol building down...

the new dvd from the freedom of speech tour looks awesome, so does the live [solo neil '71] from massy hall. how much can one spend on seeing a person?

one of those is about as close as i'll get to neil anytime soon. i am glad i made the effort to see csny a couple of years ago.

mojoman or someone made an interesting point earlier about spending 250 bucks to sit right next to a person who is standing [ga] for 75.

really? i only saw him once at the pavilion in 96. i thought it was killer. i loved that place. always great weather and what a killer view despite the drive from the city
