First of all I want to thank Jimena Andrade, Julia Palacios and the fine people at Ibero Radio for making this possible!

WE ALL MUST BE THERE… INTERACTING LIVE!

This Friday at 1:00 PM CST (14:00 EST) we will have an hour to celebrate the following:

10 Years of Rocks Off (July 14)
46 Years of the Rolling Stones (July 12)
65 Years of Mick Jagger (July 26)
The 39th anniversary of Brian Jones tragic death (so let’s celebrate his life) (July 2/3)
Why not? In addition we’re gonna celebrate 5 years of Banquete de Pordioseros (May) and 10 years of Rollingmania aka Midnight Rambler (February)

We want many of you participating LIVE via phone, instant messenger and via this board (we’re going to be reading your comments posted live while we broadcast the party)

Let’s make this a big party! We’re going to be speaking in English and Spanish and your phone calls will be on the air

To make this easier that day we’re going to put a header with a link to the web-signal and the header will have the phone numbers with country and city codes and the instant messenger address, also we’re going to open a new thread for you to post comments, Rocks Off definitions, Rocks Off slang and vocabulary, greeting and everything you wanna say.

The program name is “Obladi Oblada” and no… is NOT about the Beatles but about Rock History, all genres and styles. The name is because the program is to talk about history of rock, while listening music. Julia has a PhD in History of Music (Rock oriented), Jimena is the coolest producer on the planet (I love her and of course Julia) and the other guy there will be this poor chile (pronounced child)
