Hi! Hope everyone had a good Holiday. Today the malls and shopping centers
are flooded with people who have been their all night waiting for 5:00 AM
for the doors to open and get the sales from 5:00 AM to 12:00PM. What a
goofy mess!! I am not going maybe until next week if I DO go. These people
are spending money like water!!
Well TGIF as we say Thank God It's Friday, and I guess most people are off
over here. In more ways than one.
So let's keep going with the great pictures and messages.
LOVE YOU S&K!!!
Sophia I will try to scan this what I think is German magazine with an article
on Brian.

It was interesting to see the live footage that went along with the above photo and I don't care what anyone thinks. Brian wss the shit back then... the others did pale in comparison, like nerdy little brothers. Keith learned a lot from Brian, as did Mick.

^^I agree with you completly! He was everything to that band the rare sound the songs and more i cant even explain how sad it makes me when i think about Brian and Frank throogood. People would know more about him if he was still around. He is amazing and will always be. |

Yes I agree 1000%. I am reading Nicholas Fitzgerald's book on Brian. Has
anyone read this book and what do you think of it? It is good but kinda
creepy at the same time. I am only about half way through it.
Brian had a mood imbalance problem and he was suffering from depression
I think. He would have been alive if he had been able to receive the treatment
he desparately needed to deal with this maddening affliction. People tend to
think you are something you are not and often appear vulnerable when with
help you become the exact opposite.
But he will always be in the hearts of those who love and care about him
and the contributions he gave to the band and music should never be
forgotten. Plus the fact he was one hell of hot looking man!!
Love You S&K!!!

People dont understand how amazing he was he was just like jimi hendrix or john lennon if he could only have lived longer people would understand him and know who he was. And when i talk about Brian to people they just dont get it he started the band he did everything it amazes me. I am asking for that book for christmas. I read the one by his last girl friend Anna Wholin. The murder of Brian Jones. I think she did a great job with how they meet how they lived what were Brian's hobbie everything about hi(details!) the farm, the stones, the drugs, clothes and there love. I recomend it. And it also has pictures but a sad ending about couple days after brian died and the hyde park concert and the funeral and how she knows FRANK did it and of course he did. Great converstaion!

That Nicholas Fitzgerald book is not to be believed. I think he is making a lot
of it up or embellishing it. If you want a good Brian book get the Bent Rej
book, or The Brian Jones Years, Alan Crayson's book on Brian is excellent.
He is doing a biography on each Stone starting with Brian. Both of Bill Wyman's
books are excellent. Forget Mandy Aftel, Laura Jackson, N. Fitzgerald,
Jeremy Reed, and the rest who either made up stuff or copied if from another
sources. Terry Rawlings books are questionable. Geoffrey Guiliano is So-So.
I prefer picture books when I can't find a good reliable honest Brian Jones
book. I get most of my books on eBay or from Amazon USED of course.
Checking the reviews on books is very helpful to me.
LOVE YOU S&K!!!

Most, if not all, books about Brian are full of lies, made up stories and fake quotes. The fact that this Fitzgerald guy is part of Trevor Hobley's evidence doesn't lend much credibility to his case.
I think the most reliable and unbiased person involved with the stones/Brian has to be Charlie Watts, he comes across as a very genuine and honourable man! His comments about Brian tend to be very straight forward, revealing and respectful.

I don't think Nicholas Fitzgerald is part of Trevor Hobley's evidence. There is
NO evidence in that book that is useable. He gathered his own evidence on
his own. Don't believe those nasty lies about the fan club and Trevor. They
are the makings of someone who is angry at him. If you want to know more
ask him yourself. It is all slander and lies. The person(s) responsible have
NO proof of what they are saying. They don't even live in the UK!!
Well I might order some more Stones books. I don't know what to get now.
It is all Pete and Repeat with those books anyway.
So let us enjoy some more of S&K's beautiful pictures. And those of anyone
else who wishes to share. I need to figure out how to do that with my
Mac. This is stupid.
LOVE YOU S&K!!! Hi to all of Brian's fans on this thread. |

This is a small part of a post by by Trevor...
"Finally, Nic Fitzgerald made a verbal statement to a
witness, sometime prior to his book being published,
confirming that both himself and Cadbury saw three men
holding a body upside down with the head in a trough
of water. Bernard Toms however, ghost writing
Fitzgerald’s book states, (and as Eva explains more
fully in her post) that the body was being held under
water in the swimming pool. I tend to believe the
original statement (which incidentally was my first
indication that Brian might have been rendered
unconscious in the house leading me to believe
therefore that there might still be a crime scene to
this day); oh and by the way, there is a letter in my
dossier, from a third party who confirms it was Mr
Keylock who chased both Cadbury and Fitzgerald off the
property at approximately 11.30 pm."

Nicholas Fitzgerald refused to give the police a sworn statement so they did not believe anything he had to say. And no one in the Stones circle remembers him.
