56DeSoto My band always accepts male groupies. We used to have an online application on our web site for inclusion in our cellist's male harem.

Coolmoney187 Why a tribute band? It's cool to be influenced by the Stones, but don't try to copy them. It'll never work. You got to do your own thing. Sure, play thier songs(as well as other bands too) but don't just try to be a carbon copy of the Stones. You got to develop your own style, that's what the Stones did. They took the music of thier heros and built thier own sound out of that. That's what you should do, nail those classic Stones songs, but then use them to create something new out of them. Just my humble opinion though.

heathor I do original music too - but I thought this would be a real fun side project, plus its unique enough to maybe make some money...I'm too old to be trying to "make it"....I'm just playing music for fun now...and pretendin to be a Stone seems pretty fun!
