Rev 20 Redlights wrote on Oct 23 rd, 2025 at 1:06pm: high fashion photographer Hiro (Yasuhiro Wakabayashi) did the above photo as well as both the Stones album cover group photos and the notorious "I'm Black and Blue from the Rolling Stones" ad photo

the model for the bruised photo was Anita Russell

so the question is, who was the model for the "Fool to Cry" parody ad?
and the answer is...
(and this I think is a world wide exclusive)
yep, MICK JAGGER, wearing Anita Russell's face makeup and wig
(and nope, I can't prove it. I have simply intuited it from the known fact that Mick was at the "bruised" photo session, and in actuality it was Mick who did the rope work and "bruises" on Anita. So then, for a laugh, he posed Anita-style for the silly "fool to cry" pic)
yep, Mick did his own parody photo long before Creem magazine did theirs. Mick did it on the same day as the original. Demonstrating that the "bruised" publicity stunt was not a mistake or some sort of lapse in taste, but rather was carefully conceived to troll just the right people and provoke just the right amount of outrage.
(and p.s. yep, Anita Russell was also the model for the Creem parody)

so let's show our gal Anita Russell an appropriate level of respect with a lovely Vargas-like parting shot...
