I'm new here, what's your favorite Stones song/album?

Hi everyone,

I just joined this forum a few days ago, so I thought I'd just start with a basic topic so I can get to know you all better. What's your favorite song or album by The Rolling Stones?

For me personally, I've always loved Sticky Fingers and Tattoo You. Those are probably basic answers, but I always felt like those albums stood out to me the most. As for my favorite song, I'd have to say Wild Horses or Rocks Off.

I look forward to meeting everyone and hearing your viewpoints on the band!

My favourite albums, in no particular order: Let if Bleed, Exile, Sticky Fingers, Hackney Diamonds (but I also like Some Girls, Steel Wheels, Goats Head Soup lol)...and fave songs...always changing tbh but currently Whole Wide World and Thru and Thru and my fave song to hear live is Midnight Rambler Cheesy

Those are good releases you chose! Can't go wrong with either of them! I very recently added Exile on Main St. to my CD collection. Such a good album! Hoping to add more Stones to my vinyl/CD collections soon! Right now I only have Tattoo You on vinyl, and Exile and Steel Wheels on CD!

I couldn't get warm with Mess It Up at all at first, after getting to hear it live a few weeks ago, I absolutely love it, it's one of those songs that needs to play live to show its full potential...also SSOH, Tell Me Straight and WWW are brilliant live, wish they'd play more new stuff...

I like Angry, SSOH, and I didn't love Mess It Up at first but it grew on me. I also love the amount of features on the album (Lady Gaga, Stevie, Macca, etc.). It's pretty sweet that they got all those famous musicians on that album, definitely made it better for sure!

I didn't join for my podcast, although I would like to do an episode about The Rolling Stones at some point. I would also be willing to do an episode with VooDoo as I continue to get to know him better. I'm probably not gonna make any episodes until next month though because I am on vacation right now lol. I just created the show not too long ago
