I re-titled the post for clarity, Gerardo as even though its in Spanish, football fans all over the world know the Barcelona/Real Madrid game as 'El Clásico'

Is it actually confirmed they'll do this ?

Pretty divisive decision to be seen to take 'sides' in a football rivalry. Especially one that has deep rooted political background going back a century

Its only within the last couple of decades that Barcelona allowed ANY sponsorship on their shirts. They were pretty much the last major club to do so (and even then, it was only UNICEF for many years)

To have a band logo is quite something. Saying that, their current shirt sponsor is Spotify, so that may be a factor.

Barcelona defeated by two late goals by the only Englishman on the pitch! How ironic.

Mick's an absolute Jonah when it comes to football.

Arsenal were one of the two top teams in England until they moved to a new and bigger stadium in 2006. In the last 8 seasons at their previous stadium, they had won 3 titles and been runners up in the other five.

Since they moved, they havent won it once. Some people think its because the cost of building the new stadium has made it hard to compete financially.

Its because Mick Jagger supports them. Simple.
