Posts: 17,957 Wonderland Gender:	Re: A true gem..think im going mad Reply #3 - Apr 30^th, 2021 at 10:37am I don't think is Mel Collins, but I'm not sure... he attended the recordings at Pathé Marconi in 1977 and the released versions of Miss You and Everything is turning to gold are with Mel on sax I think I'm going mad was recorded in 1979 and Mel didn't attend any sessions other than those in 1977

Mel Collins was a member of King Crimson in the "interregnum" formation aka King Crimson Mk2 and is a current member since 2011 in the "Seven/eight-Headed Beast" formation aka King Crimsobn Mk8

Overdubs were done in 1983 during the UC sessions, which is one of the reasons (other than the playing style) why I've always thought it was Sanborn
