2015 (zip code) also had no lucky dips for Buffalo...I knew there was some dumb reason, never knew it was a blue law or some bad verbiage on a law...lord knows they have no problem selling me a scratch-off tkt or a Lotto tkt...of course, they get a cut from that...maybe a dollar surcharge on the LDs would make it OK...

And yes...for nearly 20 minutes...all my Charlotte LD requests went to Detroit...As I refreshed RShit.com, you can see the radio buttons being taken down, reset...etc, until they got it right...luckily, knowing what the stadium looked like AND the transparent window that stated DETROIT, I could tell I needed to bang out and "try again" each time....after the 5th time, I knew it wasn't me...

a friend got in right when it was corrected finally ( 10:20?) and got LDs right away...that was aftger her getting Dead & Co tkts for NJ...WIn Win for her...heart attack frenzy for me.

Buffalo has its own issues I think...but that's a whole other mess...fingers crossed
