Good point, I'm sure (I guess) they don’t know about it. Since the official Rolling Stones website follow Rocks Off on Facebook (everyone can check this in the section "mutual following") I'm going to send them a private message. Also, The official Ronnie Wood follow us, previously also Keith did it

I hope that they don't know, but I seriously doubt it. Mick is very hands on with all things Stones so it would be a surprise if at least he didn't know. My guess is that they either sent private messages (likely) or they don't give enough of a toss to post anything.

Well OK, Donna’s moved on. She blazed a path in music many aspire to follow. In her quiet, unassuming way she’ll be goin’ for it, even though there may not even be words for what 𝘪𝘵 is - how she always was...

Wow, this is sad, I didn't know he was alive as he has been inactive for years. I have some albums by Jimmy and of course the DVD with the film "The Harder they come" one of the cool things with this movie is that it contains actual recordings of the album of the same name

I bought Keith's first single back in 1981, here Keith with a great rendition of the Harder They Come, it was released in Japan only

Mick Abrahams, (1943 - 2025)

I really like the early Jethro Tull, Mick was a founder of Jethro Tull, he's only on the first album "This Was" and some singles, then he formed his own band Blodwyn Pig.

Some of my headers with albums covers have the cover of "Ahead Rings Out", Blodwyn Pig's first album hidden

Do yourself a favor and listen, at least, the above-mentioned albums to confirm that Mick was a great musician

and interesting story is that he didn't play with Jethro Tull on the Rock and Roll Circus TV program as he left Jethro Tull some days before. For a few days they had David O'List as Mick's replacement and then Tony Iommi (later with Black Sabbath) and Tony was the lucky guy who "played" (mimed) that night
