You can tell from Raul's reaction (and from no announced Obama contact with an ailing Fidel) that the Castros want the money but not the ideology. So we'll see how that filters down to the streets. The rapprochement allows business types like Jagger to fly in early, scout real estate and developable interior spaces, and hope agreements within a certain level will be kept. I'm sure a lot is riding on the results of the US presidential election. And at street level we're talking an eight year adjustment period.

(Mostly Locals and some Canadians) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJYXazI_MUY Some lucky fans paid around $100 per person to view the concert from rooftops and balconies of private homes. Space was limited.
