I'm being harassed by my boss, and I just got tired of it.

So, I reported her to the head honcho. I mean I really let her have it. I told him all the gossip and issues, everything! How she is unprofessional and fraternizes with her subordinates! How she plays favorites!

Anyways, the head boss appeared alarmed, deeply concerned and took me very serious! He promised that he would take care of it!

Now, I am afraid! I just hope things go the way I want, and it doesn't all come back to bite my on the ass!

P.S. Young Latinas make horrible bosses! The boss should be white, male, and older!

Gorda, very brave move! You have made the boss aware of the situation so hopefully her behavior will be noticed without her knowing and it will have to stop. But I disagree, bosses can be fair even if they are not older men! Wait, let me rethink...my best manager was an older white married man. Worst was a single white woman. I think married people make better bosses!

Thanks guys. I feel much better today. I went to my doctor's and got a note releasing me from work for a week. So, this week, all I have to do is . . . rest and relax . . . ah!

P.S. My best bosses have all been male, white and older. (Stern, but fair.) My worst bosses have all been Hispanic women! (Total bitches!)

P.S.S. I am American of Mexican ancestry. I have distant relatives living in Mexico. My maternal grandmother has 3 half-sisters who live in Mexico.
