I like reviews like this one; from a fan.
This was posted on IORR by milio77: ______ "Just a few impressions before I hit the sack... Been at the Show, almost front row on Keith's side. Seven Years ago, after their previous gig in Madrid, the Stones were ready for retirement but with 14 ON FIRE they are the good old Stones again.
Keith was a wreck on "Can't Be Seen" and SFTD, but he nailed all the other songs.
They sounded rock solid and LOUD, realy loud. But that's good.
Amazing "Midnight Rambler" with Mick T. He really delivered tonight.
Ronnie's been on fire all night. Probably his best guitar playing of all the shows I've attended through the years.
Killer versions of HTW, Gimme Shelter, Start Me Up, Brown Sugar, Satisfaction... And I mean KILLER...
Little jam at the end of YCAGWYW, which I think it was really impromptu. The band seemed to really enjoy the show and the audience feedback. And you could see it well because this time the stage was smaller and from the front rows you were really close to the musicians. Been at the front rows on previous tours and was never able to see even Charlie this close.
All in all, another magical summer night in Madrid with the Stones..."
