Here they are, the "The Ten Commandments." Ten aspirational goals our divine leader urges us to meet. This year appears to be a wash, but maybe 2015 could be the year all of us, even the fallen Steel Driving Hammer (see highlighted deficiencies), go 10 for 10!

Steel biff, I don't see anyone going to jail for stealing computer speakers. It would be incredible waste of scarce taxpayer resources to incarcerate every petty thief. In any case, you know what to do - start building a record of conversion to Christianity (98% of judges are Christian) and a record of counseling/rehab for substance abuse, whether it's a problem or not. Even better if you can blame prescription drugs - judges love that more than illegal drugs. And don't get busted stealing more stuff until this gets adjudicated. Common sense on all these points. Shades of Winona.

You didn't read my post? Plead NOT GUILTY, make up an excuse about how you were going to pay, etc. If the store rep doesn't show up as a witness you will get off with a fine. Tell the prosecutor you want to resolve it that day in court and bring money to pay the fine. I've been in court a lot and watched how it works. Many people get caught and do not go to jail for it.
