NSC - I fought the law, and the law won...Any lawers here? JB?

I was caught shoplifting computer speakers which was a class 4 felony but I was released on my own recognizance this time (is that a good sign there was not bail w/ a class 4 felony.

My other class 4 felony I spent 60 days in jail and I couldn't post bond.

Any advice from my long time Stones partners?

Should I do volunteer or do community service w/ out being ordered to, to try to give back?

Yes, don't take what's not yours. That's as general as I can get, since I don't know either you or your situation.

I don't know if you're stealing them so you can sell them for food money or you just get your rocks-off stealing things.

Own up to your bad judgment...request help (legal, mental, whatever it takes)...serve your penance...

You got to get political on this. Get some noise in the press. Anti-government feelings are high right now, shape the narrative to your benefit. Hole up in some Christian church, hunchback it up to the bell tower and starting tugging away at the rope yelling "Sanctuary! Sanctuary!" Get your arms around this thing, let the jury pool hear your story, not the government's. This smacks of unconstitutionalism, your people were borrowing stuff long before the liberal big-government nanny state fascist thugs made it illegal.
