I can't recall who it was...last year...maybe the year before...was heading out of the country with a lengthy layover at JFK...asking about record stores in NYC etc...(Edith, maybe?)...and MANY folks chimed in, yours truly included...anyway...

You have a good memory.
That was in April, 2012 and I wound up taking a shorter flight through Detroit.

The Louisiana Music Factory just moved into new digs on Frenchmen St. in New Orleans.
Much more fitting location, IMO, due to all the music clubs within easy walking distance from the store.
