No, it isn't. I don't know of any valid examples of it being used like that. Furthermore, whitey only has code words for drugs.

Also, "the N word" is a really ridiculous literary/linguistic invention. At best, it accomplishes nothing. More often than not, it distracts from the well intentioned, yet childishly pursued cause that spawned it. Unfortunately, its everywhere now. "The N word." Good grief!
