The album is only about 67 minutes long. Even when CD's first came out and were only capable of holding 72 minutes of music, there would have been ample room for it to fit onto one disc.

The US market has seen the original CBS release, then the 94 remasters and most recently, the Universal remaster. All of them have been single disc sets. The 2010 Exile reissue box set featured two discs. Disc one is Exile and disc two is the bonus stuff.
