I hope for - and would even purchase - a (cheerful and reasonably cheap) 4-CD boxed set, comprising: 1. the bestest Sticky Fingers re-master 2. Sticky Fingers out-takes (original &/or with new layers) 3. recent (&/or classic) live versions of Sticky Fingers tracks 4. club mixes of Sticky Fingers tracks, sample heavy; including Azealia Banks' phased in and out of old skool 'Brown Sugar'
It would be interesting to use Warhol's early cover design (if it exists) of a stone rolling into a hole, or something (I think I heard). Or re-working the zip cover could be fun... the packaging opening to reveal the comparatively bulgingundies or raw nudity of a different Stone... The purchaser wouldn't know nil getting home whether their copy contained MJ's bounteous ball-sacks, Bill's bologna pony, or the smooth Wembley Whammer's winky before or after a Hollywood Wax
MJ's ongoing patronage of MT certainly suits this project. There seems no reason why BW shouldn't pop in to aid on the out-takes. Lots to enjoy, shirley... Warhol, trousers, Cocksucker Blues, the (true) start of Ruling Stains Records & Ruling Stains (International) Ltd, Princess Rupertina Lowentrousers, Muscle Shoals musicology, Brown Sugar (perhaps the Stains' wittiest song), morphine and madness, and down the ro', down the ro', down the ho'ho'ho... your boat, gently down the stream, etc.
