1.- Smilies: Below the box in which you write (called "Text box") there's a legend "More Smilies" just click on it and find all the previous and two more "Nice tits" and Waka Jawaka" 



All other boring, non-stones smilies were removed, now we only have stones related smilies

2.- Emoticons: remember that the exclamation emoticon is the Rolling Stones tongue so if your post is stones related use it, if you don't use it I use to change the emoticons, that's why some posts appears as "edited by Voodo or Admin" but don't panic you B&B the only change is the emoticon, no more. To use the emoticon you will find the option above the text box, under "Message Icon" as "Exclamation Point"
