Dave Grohl will perform Saturday night with the Rolling Stones at Anaheim's Honda Center, the latest in a series of guest appearances the Stones have arranged on their 50 & Counting tour.

The band revealed the news Saturday afternoon on its Twitter feed, perhaps in an effort to goose ticket sales for the concert, which hadn't sold out four hours before show time.

At the tour's first date at Staples Center this month, Gwen Stefani and Keith Urban appeared with the group, while Tom Waits, John Fogerty and Katy Perry have turned up at other shows. John Mayer joined the Stones Wednesday night at Honda Center.

Following Saturday's gig, 50 & Counting is scheduled to revisit Staples Center on Monday night before heading to Toronto.

This 18 show run is really pushing him to the limit I reckon. His solo on SFTD at 25th Nov 02 shows was superbly delivered...his solo on SFTD has not reached that consistency in 2013.

Yep, not a fan of Dave Grohl here, but must admit that this was really good.

As for the guests I think, with the exception of Gwen Stefani, they all did quite well.
One probably better than the other but that might be up to personal taste.
The thing I hope is: PLEASE LEAVE OUT BONO. PLEASE!!!

Thank you Justin, One of the things that me & Keith share are drugs (ha ha that's medication I'm talking about) Dilantin for seizures (Keith from falling of a tree hitting his head, mine from my head going into a car windshield head first) but Keith Bravo for this great performance! one of the things he can't do anymore is play guitar steadily while singing, Keith at least you can sing, I can't.
