All of the above were played at the start of the tour and either dumped right away or very soon afterwards.

Im sure theres more since, especially on the Licks & 95 VL tours when some songs only got played at a couple of theatre shows. 'Parachute woman' was played at the first theatre show of the tour in Boston, and then dropped entirely.
