Good question...new "markets" for the most part so it might be the same shows with a couple of new tunes thrown in...they rehearsed about 75 in Bondy if memory serves.

I guess the "attraction" this year will be to see them at a festival, hopefully with a decent view again...diamond or gold circle anyone ? Wink

It's as good a day as any. But doesn't seem like they'll be any announcement today. The other option is to make the announcement later in the week followed by an onsale date for tickets.

Expect the announcement any moment now -- maybe in the next 72 hours -- that The Rolling Stones will reveal the 18 West Coast cities for their new “50 Years & Counting Tour.”

I hinted weeks ago that they have one show, maybe a second if tickets go through the roof, planned for MGM Grand Garden Arena. The group’s Australian promoter has been shuffling dates to line them all up.

The Stones should start the West Coast leg of their tour May 2 and follow with East Coast dates.

Thr rumour isnt for 18 'cities' - its 18 'shows' - ie, not necessarily one-nighters

And no way will they all be on the 'west coast'. The writer even contradicts himself by saying they'll play east coast dates too - unless he's under the impression that this is some kind of extensive US tour , which it most certainly isnt.

Looks like this spell of mini-tours may have some legs. Bv on IORR is saying that promoters in Brazil and Argentina are bidding for shows there which its hoped will take place in their summer (ie, winter in the northern hemisphere)
