In the 70's Alice Cooper (the group) were one of the most successful Rock groups around, I like that period, I saw them live so many times in Toronto even before they were into the horror & more into Drag Queens bit, I remember before they were successful people used to throw stuff at them, boo them, so on, then I saw them front row Xmas '71 on New Years Eve at Maple Leaf gardens, they were one of the tightest groups I ever heard, I was amazed at them, that always stood out for me.
I don't care for (solo) Alice Cooper, it must be hard to always get stereotyped for the rest of his life as a Halloween Act, it's like Bowie doing Ziggy Stardust for the rest of his life.

I have loved the Coop for many years...the first album ( 8-track, actually) I ever bought with my own money was Welcome To my Nightmare...
This type of release would be most welcome from the Stones...IMO...show off the artist...not the performer.

You're correct about that Voodoo, the first time I did acid "Pretties For You " was playing, years later I thought that was more psychedelic then The Grateful Dead, especially on "Living" Fields Of Regret" "Swing Low Sweet Cheerio"
