Came home tonight to find an e-mail in my inbox from a German Stones fan - and someone I dont really know but who has mailed me in the past - saying he had got two tickets for tonight's show and was offering me his spare one for face value. if I mailed him as soon as possible with my real name for authorisation.

Had I seen it and responded, I could have grabbed a flight and got there early this afternoon.

You're not kidding.

Basically, the reason why this website existed in the first place was because by early 1998 on the BTB tour (around the time the tour left the US) the Stones' then official site stopped posting setlist and even news updates. It was a doity job and someone had to do it - so we did.

Ah, not at all. I don't expect any favours. There were people there who missed out today because of all this scalping nonsense. That's genuinely annoying as they'd made the effort to be there in the first place. I'll hold out for a London club date. Have no interest in the 02 shows but I'd fly to London on the drop of a hat for a small show if I got wind of it and thought I'd definitely get a ticket.
