" Here's my vote for the best Stones cover played in an American Legion hall...actually this is me and a bunch of my old friends throwing down "Midnight Rambler" in 2007. It's definitely my favorite Stones cover that I've played on. "

There is a banjo-picking bluegrass version of Wild Horses from an old Jerry Garcia band called "Old and In The Way", it's done country style and it's really cool. I have the CD if anyone wants me to email them the song. It's excellent especially if you are a Garcia fan, he's the banjo player on the song.

Speaking of covers, nobody mentioned any tribute bands that do all Stones, Blushing Brides from Montreal are very good, so are the Midnight Ramblers from Toronto.
